At 4 Time All American, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All requests received within 14 days for money back or item exchange, will be processed after receipt of item. Items returned must have tags on, and buyer pays return shipping. For exchanges, we will pay USPS First Class shipping for the item exchanged.
